| Description | : | 10" plate with two color sponged back ground..........The Schiperkey Breed of dog is fast, happy and full of life. This young man is also Regal. I painted him for a woman in a Schiperkey Club as a gift for their President.
This Breed is also so black it is hard to get a contrast. The gift giver asked that there be no gray or white on this portrait. So I used a style of raised black glaze. The raised off the plate glaze acts as an accent by catching natural light and causing the coat to shine. This is an example only. Because Cysco is at home with his Master. |
